Our aim is to combat mis-information in the weight loss industry and provide real life, effective strategies to combat weight gain and improve long term health and wellness so that you can be fit, healthy, and happy!


By combining our current evidence based knowledge of diet, nutrition, and exercise we provide an efficient program that can help you lose body fat, gain lean muscle, and getting in your best shape. Rather than selling a proprietary “diet and exercise” program, our approach is focused on teaching and coaching you through gradual dietary and lifestyle changes that will be sustainable in the long term. Too many fad diet and weight loss programs over promise and under deliver. We aim to counter mis-information with practical solutions that get you results. We want to help you achieve and maintain your best shape.

What is it?


  • The Slim Possible Healthy Weight Loss Program is a Comprehensive Weight Loss program that combines personalized nutritional and dietary counselling with a licensed Naturopathic Doctor and personalized fitness training with certified and experienced trainers.


  • Slim possible is an individualized weight loss and health program that is tailored to your individual health goals and lifestyle. We work with you on an ongoing basis to help you practice the priciples necessary to help you reach your goals.



Who is it for?

  • Anyone who has tired of fad diets and quick fixes that over-promise and under deliver.

  • Anyone who has been struggling to lose weight or to keep weight off in the long term.

  • Anyone with weight related health conditions such as diabetes, high cholesterol, or high blood pressure.

  • Anyone who would like to make permanent changes to their health with nutrition and exercise.

  • Anyone who would like to become fit and healthy!




What does it include?

  • The Slim Possible program includes:

  • Unlimited access to small group fitness classes at SusaFit Studio. This includes personalized programming to meet your individual needs and goals. We recommend coming in at least 2-3x/week.

    • If you’ve never exercised before, or if it’s been a long time, don’t worry. At SusaFit we specialize in personal and small group programming, rehabilitation, and will find a program that works for you. We meet you where you are at!

  • Bi-Weekly (every 2 weeks) nutritional consultations with Naturopathic Physician, Dr. Sheldon Bjorgaard, ND to ensure you are set up with a nutritional plan that gets you results, without unnecessary restrictions. Dr. Sheldon will monitor body composition changes via Bioelectrical impedance, and will monitor your progress to ensure you are reaching your goals.



What does it cost?

  • The program is an investment of $1500 or 12 weeks of consultations and coaching. According to our experience and training, 12 weeks is the optimal time frame in order to implement sustainable dietary changes and see significant body composition progress in the gym (i.e. retaining lean body mass while losing fat).

What results can I expect?

  • While we can’t make any promises, based on our experience we expect an average weight loss of 1-2 lbs per week, or 12-25 lbs for the duration of the program. Keep in mind this will depend on individual factors such as the amount of weight one has to lose. It is entirely possible to lose up to 40 lbs during the course of the program.

  • Weight loss doesn’t end after once the program does. You will learn to implement dietary and exercise plans that will help you continue your weight loss journey. We are here to help!
