Hi, I’m Dr. Sheldon, ND, Naturopathic Doctor, founder and creator of the Nourish Healthy Weight Loss Program.
It is important to me that you know that it’s entirely possible to lose weight in a healthy manner, without restrictive or fad diets. The truth is, dieting just doesn’t work for most people (and those it does "work" for often end up gaining it back sooner than later).
If dieting doesn’t work, what does?
After years of clinical practice and research, I developed the Nourish Healthy Weight Loss System.

Are you an ideal candidate for this program?
People who get the most out of this program:
Must be willing to implement small but permanent healthy lifestyle changes that lead to steady but permanent weight loss
Must desire to become a healthier person, not just drop weight for a specific event (class reunion, vacation, wedding) only to progressively re-gain it in the future.
Must be sick and tired of fad diets and quick-fix solutions that result in short term weight loss followed by weight re-gain.
Must be organized and willing to track your progress on a daily basis (this doesn’t necessarily include counting calories, but simple check marks to assess whether you are on track, or whether we need to make a change)
Must be willing to be 100% HONEST with themselves and their coach about where they are at on their health journey
Must be willing to examine your current relationship with food, and be open to establishing a healthy, lasting relationship with food.
Must be willing to make an organized shopping list and stick to it.
Must be willing to do at least 5 minutes of exercise daily.
Ideally will have at least one supportive friend or family member in your life who wants to see you healthy and happy. Ideally has a friend or family member who is fit and healthy that can serve as a support and role model.
Must see themselves as an empowered human being, with the ability to become the healthiest version of themselves (rather than a passive victim blaming hormones or genetics on their state in life, weight, and poor health).
