


About Sheldon Bjorgaard, ND
Dr. Sheldon Bjorgaard is a licensed Naturopathic physician, receiving his doctor of Naturopathic Medicine from the Boucher Institute of Naturopathic Medicine (Class of 2016). Prior to Naturopathic medical training, Dr. Sheldon received his Bachelor of Science (BSc.) in Biology from the University of the Fraser Valley, where he developed a keen interest in human health, nutrition and medicine through competing in athletics (CIS men's basketball).
In addition to treating health concerns of all kinds, Dr. Sheldon has a clinical focus in the treatment of Obesity, Metabolic Syndrome and Digestive Health concerns. He also received additional training and certifications in Regenerative Injection Therapies for joint pain and injury, Intravenous (IV) nutrient therapy, and the use of Sublingual Immunotherapy for the elimination of seasonal and environmental allergies.
Dr. Bjorgaard developed the Slim Health Weight Loss and Metabolic Health program, through which he aims to empower patients struggling with their weight and other metabolic issues to take control of their health and reduce risks for chronic disease.
